  • From start to finish, Evan and his team at Smoke on the Water nailed it. We had a vision of a back yard wedding with a barn, live music, and of course, BBQ! Evan worked with us to create a fantastic menu that satisfied the senses and fit within the budget! Some guests had food allergies or intolerances, and they made sure that everyone could enjoy a variety of items. The bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers and fried fish (gluten-free) were personal favourites! Not only was the food spectacular, but their setup was neat and orderly, and their white tent matched our party tent. As if that weren't enough, Evan and his team helped to setup our dessert station and to clean up the tables and stations. Smoke on the Water helped make our special day just that, special. Thank you to Evan for all of his hard work before, during, and after the event. And a shout out to his crew for a spot on performance. 11 out of 10, will definitely want their BBQ again!!
